Magnetic Rods
Magnetic rods are mainly made of stainless steel tubes with strong magnets sealed inside. There are magnetically conductive steel washers between adjacent magnets. By concentrating the magnetic field, the surface maximum magnetic flux density can achieve 13000 gauss. The strong magnetic field can attract iron impurities and other ferromagnetic particles near the magnetic rod surface. Magnetic rods are widely used in some cleaning and separation processes, such as the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.
Magnet materials: Neodymium magnet, samarium cobalt magnet.
Tube materials: SS304, SS316, SS316L, PTFE (Teflon).
End types: Flat, tapped hole (female thread), screw bolt (male thread), cylindrical pin, conical, eyebolt.

Magnetic Grids
Magnetic grids are magnetic rod arrays fixed by stainless steel frames. Round, square magnetic grids in a single layer are regular. Other shapes, double or multiple layers are also available upon request.
Magnetic Filters
Magnetic filters are magnetic separation systems based on magnetic rods. When liquids or powders flow through a magnetic filter, the ferromagnetic particles inside are trapped and concentrated. After removing the magnetic rod(s) by the magnetic filter lid, the ferromagnetic particles are cleaned or separated.
